  How long is the pet care visit?
  •   Pet visits generally last between 30 min to 1 hour depending on the amount of time needed to complete routine and whether your pet enjoys playing, loving, going on a walk.
  What if my pet is sick?
  •   We do not knowingly accept sitting assignments with sick pets.  We believe that sick pets belong under the constant care of a vet.  However, if you have aged, infirm, or medicated pets, this is not a problem if you discuss with us the special needs of the pet.  We never take any chances with sickness.  Any pet showing signs of illness is taken immediately to your vet of choice.
 What is the first step in arranging pet care services?
  •   Give us a call.  Please call at least 10 days before you are scheduled to leave town.  During holiday periods it is best to call as soon as you decide that you need a pet sitter as time slots can fill up fast.  Please go to "How it Works!" for more information.
